A special workshop created, designed and designed by artist Silvio Irilli to transform 800 Chiesi employees divided into 40 working groups into many artists.
SEA LIFE : THE FINAL WORK
During the workshop, 40 groups painted for an hour on 40 canvases. And here was the surprise unveiled at the Chiesi Grand Gala evening: their single canvas was, unbeknownst to them, just a small part of a large work, entitled "Sea Life."
The work will be donated to a pediatrics ward of an Italian hospital
"Painting together with colleagues was an exciting experience, definitely more engaging than classic team building activities! But in addition to the fun, this project taught us that together, working as a team, we can really make a difference in patients' lives, sometimes starting with seemingly simple actions like coloring a canvas."
